Procurement Conference Asia 2007

Q: When should our team arrive?
A: At least 9:00 AM. Please ensure you or your colleague can stay the entire show as suppliers have paid to meet you.

Q: Should I bring a colleague?
A. We encourage you to do so and your exhibition fees include lunch for both. Bringing a colleague means less pressure for you and your day will be much more pleasant.

Q: Should I bring sample products/literature to show the suppliers?
A. Yes, it will be very helpful  for suppliers to see and understand what they need to produce and deliver according to your specs. Please bring all your wares, lap tops, DVDs, door prizes, give aways, and extension cords.

Q: How long are the one-to-one meetings?
A: Between 10 to 15 minutes. You will be surprised how even 10 minutes can be enough time to assess a supplier and then to agree on a follow up meeting if you meet the right supplier.

Q: How does the one-to-one meetings program work?
A. Buyers will be provided with a blank appointment agenda and diary prior to the event. Buyers will make their own appointments when you meet suppliers during exhibition time.

Q: What types of suppliers will I meet?
A: Our show attendants are the small companies, the multicultural importers and the exporters that supply locally, nationally, and internationally. We expect hundreds of trade visitors. Read more here.
